Founded by Monique, a Perth-based business consultant, our practice exists to help leaders grow their organisations with intention - through smarter systems, stronger teams, and strategies that deliver lasting impact.

With over 15 years of leadership experience across consulting, construction, technology, and eCommerce, Monique brings a grounded, practical approach shaped by real-world results. She has led large-scale transformation projects at global firms like Deloitte and eBay Classifieds Group, scaled a construction business to a multi-million dollar turnover, and founded and exited a patented tech company that expanded across three international markets.

Monique’s work has been recognised through five national award finalist placements, including the 2024 AusMumpreneur “One to Watch” winner and finalist across multiple different categories. But it’s her values-led leadership—calm in complexity, clear in direction, and committed to real progress—that leaves a lasting mark on the organisations she partners with.
